### Enhancements

- [Nebulex.Streams.Invalidator.Worker] Preserve telemetry on cache
  invalidation. Instead of disabling telemetry entirely to prevent
  echo storms, invalidation commands now use a metadata marker
  (`telemetry_metadata: %{source: :nebulex_streams}`) that is
  filtered out at the broadcast level. This keeps stats and other
  telemetry consumers working correctly during invalidation.
  Requires `nebulex ~> 3.0.1`.
