- Since [Papertrail](http://papertrailapp.com) tags has a limitation of 32 chars, `LoggerPapertrailBackend` will trim away module names from the start of the name, ie `This.Is.Ridiculously.Long.Module.Name` becomes `Is.Ridiculously.Long.Module.Name` in the logs.
