Note on the xorshift module in src/fastnoise.rs

The `xorshift` module reproduces the behaviour of rand_xorshift 0.3.0 and
rand_core 0.6.4 (dual MIT / Apache-2.0, Copyright 2018 Developers of the Rand
project, Copyright (c) 2014 The Rust Project Developers). It is an
independent reimplementation of the documented
algorithms (xorshift128 and the PCG32-based `seed_from_u64` expansion), written
so that the vendored noise reproduces bit-identical output without depending on
those crates.
