libiconv's libraries. See LICENSE.

Unicode-hosted Adobe, Apple, Microsoft best-fit, Unicode legacy, ICU UCM, and
copied historical ICU table data retain the Unicode License V3. See
LICENSE.UNICODE.

The UTF-8-MAC manifest contains mapping facts derived from Unicode 3.2 data and
the BSD-2-Clause citrus implementation. The retained Kermit Macintosh source
table is BSD-3-Clause. See LICENSE.BSD-2-CLAUSE and LICENSE.BSD-3-CLAUSE.

The .NET mapping evidence retains MIT terms. IBM/tnz CP310 source evidence
retains Apache-2.0 terms. See LICENSE.MIT and LICENSE.APACHE-2.0. Repository
source evidence is not linked or invoked by the native runtime.

The secondary source-qualified Unicode bindings cite pinned Wikipedia
revisions under CC-BY-SA-4.0. The normalized factual tables and original
Iconvex implementation remain separately identified; the complete Creative
Commons terms are in LICENSE.CC-BY-SA-4.0.

CPython ISO-2022-JP-EXT source, proprietary vendor manuals, IBM reference
pages, Apple APSL test material, raw VNI HTML, and other non-redistributable or
repository-only evidence are retained in the repository for repeatable review
but excluded from the Hex artifact. Packaged source directories contain only
the normalized tables, digest-bearing metadata, and specifically selected
redistributable evidence declared in mix.exs.

Ten historical ICU tables used by IBM-1175, IBM-965, IBM-17354, IBM-934,
IBM-938, IBM-5052, IBM-5053, IBM-5055, and IBM-958 are copied under
Platforms-owned provider IDs. This storage relocation does not alter mappings,
public codec identities, or upstream terms.
