HTTP Gun

Reviewed loopback test servers, certificates and original package metadata
came from the prior local HTTP Gun implementation at
 a1ad984a9249389988bbc936a9af71002419fe79.
Original revisions and file hashes are preserved in docs/evidence/provenance.json.

Gun, Cowlib and the Gleam packages remain unmodified released dependencies.
Their own licenses apply; versions and checksums are locked in manifest.toml.
