- `ETee.new/2`, `feed/2`, `grid/1`, `screen_text/1` — a terminal emulator that
  takes a byte stream and maintains the grid, cursor, styles, modes and
  scrollback a program drew.
- No syscalls and no UI dependency, so the byte source can be a pty, a socket, a
  file or a recorded session.
