Internal Plug adapter shim for Maru on plug_cowboy 2.x.
What problem this solves
Maru 0.13 references Plug.Adapters.Cowboy2.child_spec/1, which was removed
when Plug consolidated on Plug.Cowboy. This module delegates to
Plug.Cowboy.child_spec/1 so the operator HTTP API starts without forking
Maru or pinning obsolete Plug versions.
Internal: not part of the TURN wire protocol; used only to boot Xirsys.API.
