Reads raw bytes from stdin in a blocking loop and sends parsed key and mouse events to the runtime as {:tuix_input, event} messages (see Tuix.Event.Key and Tuix.Event.Mouse).

In {:noshell, :raw} mode, :io.get_chars/3 returns as soon as any data is available (up to the requested maximum). This is the pattern documented in OTP's terminal interface guide.
