Documentation for Throttlebeam.

Debounce a function call by key. Every call for the same key resets the delay, the function only runs once calls for that key stop arriving for the full delay period.

A short lived, per-key process handling either a debounce timer or a throttle window. Stops itself once its job is done, it is not meant to be a long running process.

Throttle a function call by key, leading edge. The first call in a window runs immediately, subsequent calls within the same window are rejected until it expires.
