The Sigra integration derives Threadline audit context from optional Sigra request state.
Use actor_ref_from_conn/1 to resolve the request actor and
audit_context_overrides_from_conn/1 to derive additive context values; use
actor_fn/0 when configuring the actor callback for Threadline.Plug.
The adapter reads Sigra-shaped request data when Sigra.Session is available
and otherwise returns neutral defaults so Threadline itself does not require
:sigra as a dependency.
