Non-destructive recovery of existing initialized v1 stores.

Full physical validation precedes semantic replay and pure private reduction. Complete understood events are replayed irrespective of previous caller ACKs. No parse result authorizes repair, skipping, sequence reuse or writable access. The recovered Writer retains ownership and separately activates the candidate.
