Plug/Phoenix adapter for Skir.RPC.Service with no hard dependency on Plug.

Use it from Phoenix with forward "/rpc", Skir.RPC.Plug, service: &MyApp.RPC.service/0. Plug must be present in the host application.

Summary

call(conn, opts)
