ARAIM protection-level result.

:hpl_m, :vpl_m, :emt_m, and sigma fields are meters. Positive-infinite HPL and VPL bounds are represented as :infinity; an unavailable result can contain finite or unbounded bounds. :available is true when the protection-level solve met the supplied allocation. :availability is kept as an alias.
