field is the typed reading, nil when the fields do not read: a
{tag, fields} pair such as {:version_type, %{version, file_type, satellite_system}}, {:time_system, %{label}}, {:types_of_data, %{count, types}}, {:solution_station, %{name, identifier, xyz_mm}} or
{:clock_ref_count, %{count, start, stop}}; the value itself for a
single-valued record ({:comment, text}, {:leap_seconds, n},
{:prn_list, satellites}); or :end_of_header. reading is :columns,
:other_version_columns, :whitespace, :uninterpreted or
:unknown_label.
