A regular-grid value with the nodes a renormalizing query interpolated around.

value is vertical TEC in TECU from Sidereon.GNSS.Ionosphere.TecGrid.vtec_at_pierce_point/5, the pair {vtec_tecu, stec_tecu} from Sidereon.GNSS.Ionosphere.TecGrid.tec_xyz/6, and the group delay in meters from Sidereon.GNSS.Ionosphere.TecGrid.iono_delay_xyz/7.

degraded is a Sidereon.GNSS.Ionosphere.NodeGap naming every weighted node that held no value, or nil where they all held one. A value with degraded set rests on fewer nodes than the cell has.
