Sidereon.GNSS.Constellation.Catalog (Sidereon v3.0.0)

The result of a lenient catalog build: the records that resolved, plus the OMM entries that did not.

Resolvable entries become records (sorted by {system, prn}); every entry whose OBJECT_NAME did not resolve, or that states no NORAD_CAT_ID, is collected into skipped with its identity, in input order. unread lists, for a catalog built from JSON text, each array element the OMM reader could not read as {index, reason}, with its zero-based position in the array.
