The Keplerian elements and clock polynomial use SI units. message is a stable lowercase atom matching the core/Python labels. sv_accuracy_m is nil where the record states no accuracy (a blank or unreadable field, or a CNAV URA index that carries no prediction), and fit_interval_s is nil where the record states no fit interval.
