A RINEX NAV block that lenient Keplerian parsing read but does not return as a record: a GLONASS or SBAS record, a RINEX 4 system time offset, Earth orientation or ionosphere frame, or a message that is recognized and not decoded (BeiDou CNAV-1/2/3, NavIC L1).
