Sidereon.GNSS.Broadcast.IonoCorrections (Sidereon v3.0.0)

Broadcast ionosphere coefficients from a RINEX NAV header and its RINEX 4 ionosphere frames.

GPS, BeiDou, QZSS and NavIC Klobuchar coefficient sets, the Galileo NeQuick G coefficients {ai0, ai1, ai2} with the disturbance flags as stated, and the BeiDou BDGIM coefficients alpha1..alpha9 from a RINEX 4 CNVX frame are exposed independently. A set that neither the header nor a frame states is nil.
