Scoria.Connectors exposes remote connector records and reviewer-facing fleet details for the embedded Phoenix boundary.

Use remote connector support only after the default runtime capability is working. Connectors add MCP tool surfaces, grants, health state, approvals, and audit evidence; they do not replace Scoria's core runtime, identity, trace, approval, or verification suite contracts.

The host app owns routing, session, tenant identity, business-specific allowlists, and whether a tool should be available to a workflow. Scoria owns connector records, grant state, capability snapshots, health/read models, and reviewer evidence.
