• Self-contained, dark-first (with light theme) operator dashboard design system. The /scoria dashboard now ships its own brand-token CSS, client bundle (LiveSocket + hooks), and self-hosted fonts (IBM Plex Sans, JetBrains Mono) — it renders fully styled and interactive with no dependency on the host app's Tailwind/asset pipeline.
• Task-oriented navigation shell: persona-grouped sidebar (Operate / Improve), breadcrumb topbar, light/dark theme toggle, and a GOV.UK-style "what do you want to do?" task band on the Live Ops landing page.

First public Hex packaging of Scoria's in-repo capability through the v2.6 warning-ratchet closeout. Integrators get a Phoenix-native runtime with durable runs, bounded escalation, optional semantic reuse, and executable adoption lanes — without adopting internal planning milestone names as product releases.
