The negation of a single condition.

Not produced by the parser. Rete.DSL.Normalize creates negations while normalizing Rete.IR.Gate nodes. :condition is always a single Rete.IR.Fact or Rete.IR.Coll. The negation of a conjunction is a Rete.IR.CompoundNegation.
