The CLI owns its agent loop; Raxol tools are injected over MCP. Selected via harness: :claude_native in a Raxol.Agent.ExecutorConfig. See Raxol.Agent.Backend.Native for options and Raxol.Agent.Harness.ClaudeCode for the driver.
