Playground demo: scrollable container with viewport controls.

Uses its own Enum.slice/3 windowing instead of Display.Viewport: box overflow clip can only clip from the main-end edge, not show an arbitrary mid-list offset, and Viewport is a stateful Base.Component rather than a plain View DSL element.
