Owner-bound admitted view of sealed private inspection evidence.

Admission pins each selected .ptcins file, validates every frame and its paired trace semantics, confirms the complete evidence seal, and publishes a capability only after bounded ETS indexes are complete. The owner retains one reader handle per admitted artifact plus derived metadata; evidence payload bytes stay on disk and are read lazily for returned query items.
