ETS-selected queries that verify dependency frames before returning a page.
Cursors bind the admission snapshot digest and the logical query identity.
They do not rehash the complete evidence preimage. ETS supplies ordering,
membership, cursor position, and exact omitted_count; only returned items
and their join or turn dependencies are reread and verified.
