A LiveView compiler for HEEx macro components.
Right now, only Phoenix.LiveView.ColocatedHook, Phoenix.LiveView.ColocatedJS,
and Phoenix.LiveView.ColocatedCSS are handled.
You must add it to your mix.exs as:
compilers: [:phoenix_live_view] ++ Mix.compilers()
