Every value here is a row in the host's phoenix_kit_settings table, so
changes take effect on the next request with no redeploy. Every change goes
through PhoenixKitWebAnalytics.Admin, which logs it to the activity log.
The page also reports what is actually stored right now, which answers the
two questions operators ask: "is it recording?" and "how big is this
getting?".
