Injects a system-prompt section requiring "done" to be defined before decomposing, then vertical end-to-end slices that are independently completable and testable, ordered by dependency, sized at roughly one to four hours, each with acceptance criteria — emitted as a numbered list with S/M/L complexity, parallelisable tasks marked and the critical path called out.
Activates on prompts containing "break down", "decompose", "task list",
"implementation plan", "steps to" or "plan this". Group :planning;
