Normandy.HookHaltError exception (normandy v2.2.0)

View Source

An on_prompt or before_llm hook halted the turn. BaseAgent.run/2,3 returns {:error, e} (run!/2,3 and the streaming paths raise it), and Turn.Server replies {:error, e} for both. outcome/1 is what on_turn_end hooks receive in both shells: {:rejected, e} for on_prompt and {:error, e} for before_llm.
