Removes <figure>, <table>, and <noscript> elements from the HTML string
and returns the cleaned HTML.
Examples

Newxp.HtmlUtils.clean_html_content(html)
# => "<p>Hello</p>"Remove italic and emphasis tags.
Strips <i> and <em> elements from the HTML string and returns the result.
