Publishes services through Avahi's D-Bus API on Linux.

Each publication owns a separate system-bus connection. Closing that connection is the revocation mechanism, including when the publication is killed and no cleanup callback can run. Avahi server-state changes, TXT updates, wide-area publishing, and automatic re-registration after a daemon restart are outside this backend's scope.

The system bus address follows Rebus: DBUS_SYSTEM_BUS_ADDRESS, then config :rebus, :system_bus_address, then the standard system socket.
