Build the schema hierarchy for every configured source.

opts are the actor options (:context, :scope) forwarded to every core discovery call, so a scoped dashboard sees only the schemas and tables its visibility resolver allows.

source_names limits the map to those sources. The dashboard passes the sources the user may query, so a denied source's schemas are never listed.
