Scan .ex / .exs / .heex for values that bypass lantern's compact type
and grey scale (see docs/scale.md), banned grouped-list markup, hand-rolled
tables/buttons, deprecated components, and unknown component/attr names with
"did you mean" hints (see LanternUI.Deprecated).

def/defp, any function a sibling module declares with attr/slot, any
function in a module that uses Phoenix.Component / LiveView / use MyAppWeb, :html,
and components from an imported module that is loaded. Deprecated lantern
components are still reported.
Allowlist: .lantern-lint.json (exclude / allow globs, plus
allow_rules mapping one rule to globs skipped for that rule only) or a
lantern-lint:ignore comment on the same line or the line above.
