Rusty-Elixir macro support for generated Rustler NIF entrypoints.

Schema-specific decoder bodies are emitted through compact Rust macro invocations. The entrypoint wrapper remains authored with defrust so NIF boundary control flow stays in Rusty-Elixir instead of raw Rust source.
