Values accepted for Recipient Type in the Chimes API.
Prefer the documented atoms returned by values/0. The type also accepts strings so a
newer server value can be preserved by an older SDK instead of failing during decoding.

Chimes deliver email or SMS content to inline recipients, saved customers, or template-defined recipients. A returned chime records rendering, safety, and transmission results; delivery may continue asynchronously after the API call succeeds.
