Evaluates examples into ordered, provider-neutral optimizer trajectories.

Program and metric failures are captured in the returned trajectories so a failed example does not discard the rest of a bounded-concurrency batch. An example whose inputs were never declared with Imp.with_inputs/2 raises ArgumentError before any row runs.
