Graphmath.Vec2.rotate

rotate(vec2(), float()) :: vec2()

rotate(a,theta) rotates a vec2 CCW about the +Z axis.

a is the vec2 to rotate.

theta is the number of radians to rotate by as a float.

This returns a vec2.
