Column-oriented FIT decoder.

This is the dedicated columnar API. It accepts the same options as Fitparser.Decoder, except that the output format is always columnar. Message groups contain %Fitparser.Columnar{} batches; structural metadata groups such as __headers__ remain unchanged.

The decoder accumulates column values while parsing and does not build the standard record list or perform a second conversion pass.
