Filters a list using a parallel list of booleans.
Takes two equal-length lists: the values and a list of true/false
flags. Returns only the values where the corresponding flag is true.
Examples
filter(items, include)
→ ['apple', 'cherry']
(when items is ['apple', 'banana', 'cherry']
and include is [true, false, true])
