This check has a base priority of normal and works with any version of Elixir.

Explanation

Enum.filter(fn x -> x != nil end) should be Enum.reject(&is_nil/1).

# bad
list |> Enum.filter(fn x -> x != nil end)
list |> Enum.filter(fn x -> x !== nil end)
list |> Enum.filter(fn x -> !is_nil(x) end)

# good
list |> Enum.reject(&is_nil/1)
