Simplified tool definition DSL that reduces metaprogramming complexity.

Deprecated

Part of the deprecated ExMCP.Server.Tools API. Removed in 1.1.0. Use ExMCP.Server.Handler with ExMCP.Server.DSL instead. use ExMCP.Server.Tools.Simplified emits a compile-time warning.

This module provided a cleaner API that avoided heavy AST manipulation. Prefer ExMCP.Server.DSL for new servers.
