Production OpenAI Realtime WebSocket transport backed by Gun.

The OpenAI origin and Realtime path are fixed. TLS peer and hostname verification are mandatory, redirects and reconnect retries are not followed, WebSocket compression is disabled, and inbound socket credit is replenished only after the Live session reports consumption.

Credentials are transferred after process start through the opaque Live credential broker. The API key is resolved only while constructing the upgrade request and is never retained in transport state or diagnostics.
