adk_memory_mnesia (erlang_adk v0.7.0)

Durable local implementation of the version-2 memory contract.

Entries and per-principal quota accounting are committed in one Mnesia transaction. Stable IDs derived from idempotency keys make concurrent and restart retries deterministic. Lexical ranking deliberately matches the ETS reference adapter; vector/managed services can implement the same behaviour without becoming runtime dependencies.
