The canvas card: a soft wrap around a bordered card, and the mono eyebrow/1 caption that opens it. The card
inside takes the card colour in both themes, so it reads against the wrap around it. Its padding and gap
follow size (:sm 22px and 14px, :md 24px and 20px, :lg 26px and 20px); inner_class overrides them.
For the dashed box of a list with nothing in it, use DevactionUI.EmptyState.
