Canonical capability-map truth for support posture, proof posture, and first adopter pressure.
This module is intentionally small and data-oriented. It classifies current support, proof-backed evidence, first adopter pressure, and future gaps without adding native controls, provider adapters, storage/sync productization, or dashboard UI.
