Crosswake.ReleaseCandidate.EvidenceLive (crosswake v0.2.11)

Captures a new REL-17 evidence envelope from GitHub, Git and Hex at the point of use.

The adapter accepts an HTTP function and a Git ancestry function for deterministic tests. Production requests use gh api for GitHub and curl for public Hex responses. No result is cached and remote bodies are retained before decoding.
