Plugin management commands.

Usage

config = ClaudeWrapper.Config.new()

# List installed plugins
{:ok, plugins} = ClaudeWrapper.Commands.Plugin.list(config)

# List with available marketplace plugins
{:ok, plugins} = ClaudeWrapper.Commands.Plugin.list(config, available: true)

# Install a plugin

:all - Disable all enabled plugins (boolean).
