Halts the pipeline for messages whose event matches a blocklist.

Typical use is an inbound plug that keeps noisy server events (or protocol replies) from ever reaching the joining process:

inbound_plugs: [{ChannelClient.Plugs.FilterEvents, events: ["phx_reply"]}]

Options

  • :events - (required) list of event names to filter out
  • :reason - halt reason, defaults to :filtered
