Bourse.Extract.JsonLoader (bourse v0.1.0)

Generates JSON loading boilerplate with :persistent_term caching.

Documents are decoded through Bourse.JsonDocument, so duplicate object keys fail loudly (file, key, object path) rather than silently keeping the first occurrence.
